NON-HUMAN LEVEL: Japanese Version Of Debut CD Includes W.A.S.P. Cover

February 10, 2006

NON-HUMAN LEVEL, the solo project of DARKANE guitarist Christofer Malmström, has just issued its self-debut album in Japan through Soundholic Records. The Japanese version of the CD includes a special bonus track — a cover of the W.A.S.P. classsic "I Wanna be Somebody". "It's a really heavy version of the song where Peter [Wildoer, DARKANE drummer, NON-HUMAN LEVEL vocalist] has found a cool mixture of death metal vocals and the original vocal lines," explains Malmström.

In addition to Malmström and Wildoer, "Non-Human Level" includes contributions from former MESHUGGAH bassist Gustaf Hielm and THE DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND drummer Ryan van Poederooyen. A full-length MP3 of the album cut "Personall Hell" can be downloaded at this location.

"Non-Human Level" was released in Europe last fall via Listenable Records.
